Lane End Bed and Breakfast is located at 99 Bridge Lane, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 6AT.

Rates:

£25 per person per night (adult).
£20 per person per night (under 16).
£30 per night (single occupancy).

Rates include full English breakfast, served in the property's kitchen on the ground floor. Specific dietary requirements must be specified at the time of booking.

Rates also include free wi-fi internet access.

Check-in time is from 4pm until 8pm (please provide approximate arrival times). Check-out must be before 10.30am.

Packed lunches/ evening meals can be arranged upon request.

Local parking is subject to availabilty.

Guests have use of the communal lounge on the top floor. The lounge on the 1st floor may be used with prior permission from the owner. Regretfully, there are no disabled facitilies available.

Guests have use of the property's garden (at their own risk) . The garden is down 2 further flights of steps from the house. The river is not accessible from the garden.

Guests will be liable for any non-accidental damage to the property and/or furnishings.

Smoking is not permitted within the house, but guests are able to do so in the private garden area.

Guests must be responsible for their pets at all times and should not allow their animals access to external areas unless fully supervised.

A deposit must be paid in advance (25% of total tariff) and should be posted to 99 Bridge Lane, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 6AT at least 2 days prior to arrival. Cheques should be made payable to Mr Andrew Eady. Please note, this does not apply to late bookings.
